1. Host:
1) Integral box structure: It has sufficient rigidity and anti-deformation ability. The overall thermal aging treatment eliminates internal stress and avoids the possibility of box deformation under heavy load in the later period;
2) 20GrMnTi high-precision cylindrical helical gear ensures that the tooth involute is infinitely close to the theoretical shape and the wear resistance life is greatly increased. Equipped with a gear anti-backlash mechanism to eliminate the problem of position deviation between the punch needle and the die;
3) All matching positions adopt optional matching technology to ensure zero error during installation;
4) The transmission shaft is made of high-quality alloy material, and heat treatment processes such as normalizing and quenching and tempering are adopted during the process;
5) In addition to exquisite raw materials, the mold wheel also adopts an integrated grinding process to ensure zero jump and zero swing of the shaft system and wheel system;
6) The mold material is selected from 8566, with a hardness of HRC58-60, and precision slow wire cutting. The shape and accuracy are guaranteed to be at the micron level;
7) The bearing set adopts a temperature rise linear expansion compensation scheme to ensure that the relative position of the mold wheel set remains absolutely unchanged;
8) Gear splash-type lubrication is self-cleaning, and the oil film will not break when the tooth surface pressure is 200MPa, ensuring the durability of gear accuracy.

Depends on roll forming machine’s size , we have 20#, 35#, 45# and may other bigger sizes H-beam for choise, after blasting and derusting, we weld each pieces of H-beam and then polish the weld place, finally paint whole roll forming frame together.
45# forged steel or 40Cr, thermal refining and finishing lathe.
45# Steel,CNC lathes, fine polished, coat hard Chrome thickness 0.02-0.05mm for anti-rust and improve forming rollers'hardness. All the forming rollers will be spot inspected before installation.
The cutting blades material can be Cr12,C12Mov or SKD11 for our kinds of roll forming machines.Before cutting blades be installed on cutting frame, the hardness will be tested for ensure the using life.
Check the whole line each parts are on list or not at first, then adjust the roll forming machines to required dimensions to get correct roll forming samples, check the roll forming samples surface, dimensions according to design drawing, even two pieces sample joint effect. If not reached the required standard, the engineer will adjust whole machine to solve the problem together with our designer.
