840 Roll Forming Machine

840 Roll Forming Machine is strictly prohibited from working beyond the minimum closing height, that is, the minimum distance from the bottom of the upper sliding box to each side of the working surface is 290 mm, which requires the height after the upper and lower molds are closed plus the thickness of the upper and lower backing plates plus the thickness of the tile blank. This is not allowed. If it exceeds 290mm, the design should be based on this requirement when manufacturing molds to avoid machine tool accidents. Different models are customized according to customer requirements.

Debugging before application of 840 Roll Forming Machine:

First, measure the four corners of the front and rear rows of the color steel tile press equipment from the height of the main frame to the upper end of the bottom shaft. Then, from the row to the back row, find a line to straighten and check whether the lower shaft is in one line. On a straight line, adjust the left and right sides of the lower axis to be horizontal. Find the center of the color steel tile equipment row and the last row, then tighten the lock nuts on both sides, and draw a straight line in front and back of the center of the middle wheel. After adjusting the gap between the upper and lower shafts, you can follow the Adjust the machine linearly. If the board runs to the right, pad the left corner (feeding rack), or drop to the bottom level on the right side (the upper shaft will fall with the bottom shaft at which axis it moves, and the upper shaft will fall with the bottom shaft).
